REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Next Rival Sports registration is powered by TeamLinkt. Select the applicable program and division, complete all required participant information and acknowledgments, and submit payment through the official registration checkout.
PAYMENT AT CHECKOUT
The full registration fee and any applicable processing fees must be paid at checkout for the selected program. Payment is accepted only through the online payment methods available in the official TeamLinkt checkout. Cash, checks, money orders, installment payments and payment plans are not accepted for registration.
Review the itemized total before authorizing payment. Registration is complete only after all required information, acknowledgments and payment have been successfully submitted and confirmation has been issued.
PROGRAM PRICING AND REGISTRATION WINDOWS
Registration prices, registration windows, eligibility requirements and included items are published on each sport’s program page and its official registration listing. These details apply to the selected program and may differ between programs or seasons. If information differs between the website and checkout, contact Next Rival Sports before submitting payment.
PROMOTIONS AND EARLY REGISTRATION OFFERS
Next Rival Sports may offer promotional pricing, early-registration discounts or rebates. Eligibility, deadlines and redemption requirements will be stated with the applicable offer.
The Organizer may modify or discontinue offers for future registrations at its discretion, subject to applicable law. Changes will not retroactively alter the price or qualifying promotional terms of a completed registration. Rebates are separate from the checkout price unless the offer expressly states otherwise.
REQUIRED ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
Required registration policies and participation agreements are presented through the registration process and must be acknowledged before checkout is completed. For a minor participant, the required acknowledgments must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
Refunds, cancellations and related financial matters are governed by the applicable sections below. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY
Except where the Organizer cancels a division due to low enrollment or conditions covered by the League Structure & Cancellations section below, the policy of KNFFL LLC DBA NRS PHL, operator of Next Rival Sports, is to issue no refunds after the official close of registration except where otherwise required by law or expressly provided by this policy. By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge and agree to this financial commitment.
Season Transfers: If a situation arises before the start of the season where a player can no longer participate, you may be eligible to transfer your registration credit to a future season or tournament hosted by Next Rival Sports at the sole discretion of league management. Credits hold no cash value and cannot be refunded to the original payment method.
LEAGUE STRUCTURE & CANCELLATIONS
To ensure a balanced, safe, and competitive environment, KNFFL LLC DBA NRS PHL reserves the right to modify, alter, or restructure the season format, game schedules, and division alignments.
Low Enrollment: We reserve the right to cancel any division based upon low enrollment or conditions beyond our control. This is the one exception to the strict no-refund policy above. In the event a division is canceled, the participant will receive a full credit to another season, or refund back to the original payment method only. Cash and/or alternative methods are not applicable for the refund.
Division Parity: League management reserves the right to combine age groups or divisions as deemed necessary. All roster placements, coaching assignments, and division structures are final and non-disputable.
Weather & Safety Policy: All outdoor activities will be immediately suspended when thunder is heard, lightning is seen, or other threatening weather conditions arise. Participants and spectators must promptly seek shelter in a substantial enclosed building or a fully enclosed, hard-topped vehicle with the windows rolled up.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, delay, suspend, or cancel activities due to unsafe heat, poor air quality, severe wind, flooding, hazardous field conditions, or venue closures. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, Next Rival Sports will make every effort to reschedule games, though this is not guaranteed. Please note that cancellations due to weather or other “Acts of God” do not warrant full or partial refunds.
SPECTATOR & ATTENDANCE POLICIES
Refunds will not be given based on COVID-19 or any other venue-imposed spectator limits. KNFFL LLC DBA NRS PHL will not issue a refund if you are unable to watch your child play due to facility capacity restrictions or health and safety guidelines.
UNIFORMS & SIZING
Parents are required to review the official Next Rival Sports sizing charts for accurate ordering prior to checkout. NO JERSEY EXCHANGES ARE AVAILABLE AFTER REGISTRATION CLOSES.
PAYMENT DISPUTES, CHARGEBACKS & “FRIENDLY FRAUD” (ZERO-TOLERANCE)
By completing the registration process, the parent or guardian explicitly authorizes KNFFL LLC DBA NRS PHL to charge the provided payment method.
Immediate Ineligibility: In the event that a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraud claim is initiated with your bank or credit card company regarding your valid registration fee, the associated player(s) will be immediately suspended and deemed entirely ineligible to participate in any practices, games, or league events until the dispute is fully resolved.
Administrative Penalty Fee: Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks cause significant financial and administrative damage. If a chargeback is filed, your account will immediately be assessed a $50.00 Administrative Penalty Fee to cover the processor fees and organizational labor required to contest the dispute.
Account Restoration: To restore a player’s eligibility, the parent or guardian must reimburse KNFFL LLC DBA NRS PHL for the original registration fee, plus the $50.00 Administrative Penalty Fee, via an alternative, secure payment method prior to the player stepping on the field.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK & HOLD HARMLESS
In consideration of my child being allowed to participate in any Next Rival Sports programs, related events, and activities, I the undersigned, on behalf of my spouse and our child/ward:
- Acknowledge and fully understand that each participant will be engaging in activities that may involve serious injury, including permanent disability and death, and severe social and economic losses.
- Assume all the foregoing risk and accept personal responsibility for the damages following such injury, permanent disability, or death.
- Release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue KNFFL LLC DBA NRS PHL, Next Rival Sports, and their applicable administrators, officers, directors, agents, managers, coaches, volunteers, employees, sponsors and premises owners from any liability arising out of participation.
FALSIFYING INFO POLICY
Falsifying registration information is strictly prohibited.
Your child will be removed from the program with absolutely NO REFUNDS given.
The integrity of this league depends on the truthfulness of this information. If a team is found untruthful, the team will face possible forfeit of all games and suspension of all players/coaches involved. (All scenarios are reviewed and investigated on a case-by-case basis.)
The league reserves the right to request proof of school, grade, or age at any time.
